Hi Linders Back!
I was just reading the line about stuffing the turkey or not, and your comment caught my eye:
"Both ways here as one family member is allergic to onion so we always have to make a out of the bird batch for her."
My daughter always loved onion, but about two years ago she developed a serious allergy to it, basically overnight.
We do two stuffings, also. It sure can be a pain doing two dishes frequently, but I'm wondering if you've discovered any way to compensate for the lack of flavor in many things made without onion... like soup, stew, etc.
