Lincoln City, Oregon

Does anyone know of any homes for rent in and around Lincoln City, Oregon. We are moving there because my husband has been offered a position there. I'm having a very hard time finding homes (not vacation homes because people would rather rent and get more money as a weekly or monthly rental for the summer season). I've called real estate and property managment companies but they really are not interested in long term arrangements????

Any help would be appreciated.
