The fiscal 2012 budget proposes an estimated $41.6 billion in budget authority for international assistance programs in FY2012. That total includes $25.8 billion for international development and humanitarian assistance and $15.8 for international security assistance. repblican appropriators want to allocate less money to foreign aid accounts in fiscal 2012.
