Lifeguard fired for refusing to wear a speedo

A 61 year old lifeguard, in New York, named Roy Lester, says he was fired for refusing to wear a speedo. His lawsuit claims age discrimination. He argues that only younger men should wear speedos. State officials aren't commenting. He did manage to get another job as a lifeguard at a private beach near his home.
