By sending me spam emails every day practically. Really? Do I want to be protected by a company that spams people? I think not.....

Can you not "unsubscribe" from their emails? Look at the very bottom in tiny print for the unsubscribe link. I cleaned up a lot of emails, over 100 at least, by doing this. Good luck! Not hard to do, just time consuming. works like a charm.

@TexasMom1- unsubscribe works sometimes, but not all the time. Sometimes, when they receive the unsubscribe from you, they can see that it did indeed go to an active email address and they keep emailing you.
I find this particularly true with political type emails. I get tons of them, from every source imaginable. Unsubscribe doesn't work with those.

unsubscribe or block and/or mark as spam

Here's a thought; perhaps it's not really Life Lock (like the Amazon scammers) who is emailing you. Have you given that a thought?

@jackthebear It is marked as spam, which is why it goes into my spam folder which I nevertheless check every day before deleting to make sure it's something that should be deleted.
@gidgetgh is right; unsubscribe doesn't always work which irks the heck out of me.

The reason for this thread is not asking how to get rid of spam - I'm well aware of those methods. My point was to say given what this company wants to sell me, it's a pretty "shooting yourself in the foot" way to do it.
Again, I'm not asking anyone for advice on how to stop the emails, thanks anyway. Those posting that are missing my point.

They want to sell you their services? That's the point of their emails.
Or is the point that it may not be Lifelock at all that's spamming you?

I undestand what your saying.....it's just like those companies that call when you are on every DO NOT CALL LIST that there is----my thought was why would I even consider doing business with a company that doesnt even obey the no call rule! And in this scenario if this company is so desperate for business....doesn't seem like such a good company to hook up with......

______
So True! Amazon has a lot of positives in my opinion as far as their reviews, prices, and fast shipping (and I am not a prime member). However, I do not like how they play games with the prices, and then send you an email about a product you looked at or put on your wish list. Sometimes, I look at their website in the "private browsing mode" just so I don't get dogged about a purchase in the future.
I also get those "your order has shipped" emails when I have bought nothing from them. If it specifically lists the item I paid for then I know it is safe to open the email and track the shipping information.
Sorry if I got the original topic off-task!
I agree that it may not be Life-Lock that is responsible for spam.
