Hi Cherry!

my personal tidbit - i can't type!  i got a typewriter as a BD gift when i was 10 yrs old!  it was a Webster's Manual Typewriter along with an instructional record and a dictionary

embarrassed to admit that was five decades ago  and i used a keyboard at work for many many years and i still type maybe 30 words per minute!!! on a good day!!

You may think my life has been an open book on this BB.  However, I have lived a long time and there are many personal things I would never disclose here.  I've lived a complicated and eventful life.  

I have secrets only a few close family members know, and they will remain as such.  In fact there are things that ONLY I know, LOL!!

Aw, don't feel too badly @Me24. I went through the motions in my jobs for decades, but I look at it this way -- it was a means to an end and it has served me well. I do envy those who love their jobs, but I always looked for my enjoyment outside of work. As far as retirement, I unexpectedly and happily was able to retire very early. Maybe something unexpected will come your way too! :-)

Yes, I guess I was hoping I didn't have to work like a crazy person every single day.  I used to love coming to work, but lately I've lost it all.  Too much stress and too much insanity.  I was hoping work would slow down as I got older.  I don't mind being busy.  But when I'm being pulled in 20 different directions like I am every day, that I don't like.

@Pqfan. I'm a jewelry designer & make jewelry & am an artist as well...studio at home. My beagles love to lie on the huge bag I put there for them. The only time they run out is when I start hammering on the silver w/ a metal hammer. Quite noisy!!
