@nana59  Yes, so sad.  Don't know why this has upset me so much.  Other than one of my Grandsons, g.daughter in law and baby live not too far from there. 

Also close to home (Ohio) and the boy (football player) who died almost instantly was just at the U of Toledo last Saturday for the football game.  There was a pic of him on the field.

No way to imagine what those kids and parents are going thru.  Praying that God sees them thru.   I just want to hug someone!

@Patriot3 - I read the football player tried to stop the shooter.

 I caught part of the arraignment. People in a box. I don't know much about it, but as a parent, I felt bad for his parents, who were just there in their box. Imagine how they feel, knowing what their son did. So tragic.

@northiie57 and @meallen616- Thank you for your post and the beautiful pictures. We do need to remember.

 I lost a special friend a few days ago. Everyone loved her and she did so much for so many. I found out from her close friend last night that she thought very little of herself. 

It's too late to tell her what a difference she made in my life and in the lives of so many others. I never did. I took her friendship for granted, and how I wish I hadn't. I will miss her so much. 

This holiday season let us all remember to let others know how much they mean to us and what a difference they have made in the lives of others.
