Leaving Feedback

I have noticed the last week or so that the feedback I have left on different items has shown up under someone else's name. Has anyone noticed this?? I mentioned it during a live chat with a QVC Rep & they seemed not to care & told me to get a different sign in name. I just think it's strange that my 5 star ratings are under someone else's name & my name might show a 3 star rating that I didn't write.

That really is weird. I thought mine was weird.

For a few years now, when I leave a review on a product, I see my ID right there on the page as I'm typing it (it's Chickenbutt), but when it is posted it is changed to 'Anonymous'. I figured it was probably not worth trying to find out why, so I never said anything.

To have another name show up is kind of concerning, though, and I would contact customer service to see if there is a glitch that they need to fix.

Sounds like a computer glitch. Not exactly the end of the world.

I was reading reviews one day and a person had two reviews for the same item using the exact same nickname. I checked and double checked. Also, the reviews were different. Their system is glitchy and if you can't remember if you did a review and then try to do one and it lets you that's what happens. The review that you already did is supposed to be there and prevent you!

Qvc is not supposed to have computer glitches. A person could buy something and someone else get billed for it. But just a computer glitch not exactly the end of the world.
