A pair of Woman’s tan pants size 12 and a knee brace in a plastic bag were just found along with bed spread.

Pima County Sheriffs were called.

So much has been made of Annie's car with what seems to be for the purpose of throwing shade on the owners, by those with LE experience who should and do know better.

Vehicles are held for a variety of reasons. I suspect the vehicle was seized to verify the statements given my family members via the vehicle's computer and/or dash cam. Also to see if there was physical evidence in the car.

Had the car ever been loaned to someone? Rides given to someone? Left unattended and for length of time for servicing?

The owner may not have been in any hurry to have the car returned and may have preferred it remain in a secure location away from the prying ghouls attracted to this case.

There's also the possibility that a tracker or wire was found in the car. Someone may have been stalking Annie.

It seems the car has been in the dealership to have its computer reinstalled. If there were something of evidentiary value it would not be returned.

Brian Entin theorized that law enforcement most likely pulled Annie's car all to pieces searching for evidence. Now they have to put everything back together, and that's why they are taking so long to return the car.
