I just listened to a retired CIA officer and he said something that hasn’t been brought up by anyone that I’ve listened to.
He believes that night was all staged. She was never in the house to be taken.@RescueLover - are you referring to the guy JLR was talking with? He's retired CSI from Vegas.
hmmm my question would be why?? why on earth stage all of this???
Money, of course. The episode of The Interview Room that I watched this morning made it very believable that there is more than one person involved.

To me that implies that the kidnapper(s) knew about a pace maker & its app. AND the need to turn it off to avoid detection?

It didn't get manually turned off. When the distance between the pacemaker wearer and the cellphone is too great, the devices stop communicating with each other. The pacemaker still works but the app is no longer receiving information.

this is an odd case... we know nothing... and no press conferences.. how did "they" get in? how and which direction did they take her out? how did he even get in? did someone else break into the back of the house and open the door? did he rip off the outside camera so he could take her out without being seen?? questions i think will never get answered.. i think this will be a coldcase.. its sad..

The other day when the 3 FBI caravans rolled up before releasing the home back to the family, one of the black suburbans went into the garage for an hour or so, this was about the same time Savanah said she was heading back to NY. It was said by someone that could of been Savanah in that FBI suburban going to the garage w/o being seen, to retrieve some items of her mothers that she wanted with her.
It got me wondering if the BIL went into the garage to get Nancy situated in the house and then left a door unlocked for someone. OK you know where I am going with this. Since Nanos will not say how the subject got in the house that night, along with all the time investigators spent at Annie and Tommas's home, towed Annies car, seems like investigators are spending alot of time on those 2 or at least Tommas.
My husband has thoughts on him but I dont really want to share this at this time.
Same here. I have had those thoughts since the beginning. That's all I'm gonna say.
@SilleeMee @SeaGal - My thoughts have been that way from the beginning. However Nanos said the family has been cleared.

@San Antonio Gal - just because they say it doesn't make it true. If the family has been eliminated, why won't the PCSD return Annie & Tommaso's car back to them? The sheriff will say it's part of the investigation. In reality, if a vehicle has been thoroughly processed and the owner cleared, forensics will document everything for evidence, take pictures of the vehicle, and return it. But the PCSD hasn't done that and doesn't indicate if or when they will. .Nancy's car has been processed as well and is back in her garage.
Chris McDonough has laid out a really good theory.

@JeanLouiseFinch - I'm going to listen to Ashley Banfield's show and see what Chris has to say. Should be interesting.

@San Antonio Gal - IMO, his own podcast is the better of the two. It's longer so there's more time to put 2 and 2 together.
