To me it doesn't look like a kidnapping for ransom either but rather a burglary gone wrong.

JLR (JLR Investigates) drove down to the border, to show how easy it is to cross while avoiding the legal point of entry.   I'm not saying cartels but anyone could have delivered her and handed her off to someone else if any person or network  had a mind to.  

Still, with nothing missing from the house (that we know) and no legitimate ransom demand, it continues to beg the question of why?

Even if it was a burglary gone wrong, why not just leave her at the house and get out of Dodge?

It's interesting to follow all of the leads but I worry that future criminals are also watching this and taking notes:

• Wear a mask that totally covers your eyebrows and wear sunglasses just in case.
• Don't just double-glove yourself.  TRIPLE-glove since DNA can be captured easily.
• Wear lots of clothing to disguise your true size in case your image gets captured on a camera.
• Leave your cell phone at home.
• Don't wear or carry anything new. Wear very old clothing that cannot be traced back to a particular store.

I heard on the news that they are researching the pinky ring caught on camera under his glove.

Also, there was a psychic yesterday near the property.I think her name was Erica.  She said she felt a heaviness at Nancy's house meaning she was dead when they removed her body. She said she felt a lightness when she went under a bridge in the area. It was very intriguing.

I think the 'burglar' may have been surprised when he entered the house and saw her there. He might have shot her with his gun as a reaction and then he didn't want to leave her there with a bullet inside where that could lead to a ballistics investigation which might lead to an identity of someone connected to that firearm. 

That could explain the presence of the blood drops and also the sign of nothing missing from the house. It was a hasty exit b/c of the shooting which was not part of the plan...all my speculation of course.

I agree @santorini , from all that you have mentioned above to all the forensic testings that have advanced so much, I have learned so much in this case and I have followed many since the inception of the orginal CourtTV.

My ex BIL worked in fingerprinting for our counties LE, I remember him saying 'there is no such thing as a perfect crime' and that was 35 or so years ago and still advancements have come such a long long way. Its all very interesting to me.

Anything is technically possible @SilleeMee , but not everything is probable. If this were a simple burglary that escalated, the usual pattern would be a quick flight from the scene. A burglar who panics does not take a person with them. There is no logical reason to remove her from the house, whether she was alive or not. Leaving with a victim only increases risk, time, and exposure. Even if a firearm was involved, the presence or registration status of the gun does not change that. Someone who panics does not suddenly decide to transport a person.

JLR is on the street by Nancy's house.  An Hispanic woman arrived and speaking with translation assistance, it sounds like she's from Mexico and there is a group of volunteers (Madres Buscadoras de Sonira/Searching Mothers of Sonora) on their way to act as a search party.  JLR was talking with someone who understood and that person said that's a common thing, for these moms to gather and go out to search for missing kids.  Apparently they have a record of successes.

Do they have permission?  Equipment? 🤷‍♀️

it is time that TMZ and the guy in charge there back off and just turn things over to the FBI . I heard he got another ransom note. Don't ask me where. I don't know. But even if there isn't a new ransom note, I think he just detracts from the real cause here. Not his career.
