I've been using S2O Laundry sheets (HSN) for a few years and have them on auto ship.  I've saved so much money, no more lugging laundry detergent from the store, cleans better and way less fading.

Another vote for Nellie's laundry soda- I love it. I get mine from the "other channel" and a bag lasts a long time. Clothes are clean without perfume smell. No soap buildup in my front loading washer. I'll never use anything else!

all free and clear. wife is allergic to regular detergents. bought tide free and clear and she broke out with a rash from head to foot. even worse then regular detergents. i had to rewash her clothes that were washed it tide.  years ago i remember my mom using fresh start and solo laundry detergent. have not seen them in a long time.

I use All  Free & Clear. I do not like scented detergent.

ARM & HAMMER liquid when it is on sale.

I always add a cup of ammonia to the wash cycles to soften the water.

That's what I use.

There are days when neighbors are doing laundry and I have to shut the kitchen windows because of the scents coming from the dryer.  I don't know if its the detergent or dryer sheets.  Some days it's so bad you can almost taste it.
