Well I guess compared to you I am an eating machine.My husband tells me that one day I am going to blow up...well I am 62 and still intact.

I eat nothing after dinner.  We eat no later than 5 or 6 during the week.  I have no desire to snack at night. 

 

My snacky feeling hits around 1.  I try to run errands or not be home at that time.  LOL

I normally do not eat anything after dinner, but I did have an enormous piece of pumpkin pie a while ago.  And now I feel blah and am regretting it.
