Laser Ship

I ordered jeans from Nordstrom Rack yesterday , I received them this morning, delivered by Laser Ship. This is a new company for me, is the service usually this good ? I'm frankly amazed.

One of my Nordstrom orders was delivered by this company. It was delayed 5 days.

You are very lucky that you received your shipment quickly. Unless they have drastically changed their service in the past 6 months. I ordered online from a store which typically uses Fed Ex around Thanksgiving. I had to call the store weekly because my order was not moving. Ultimately I received my order twice, the retailer resent my original order to me and finally laser ship delivered my items - it took almost a month to get my order.

When I called the retailer they told me that they always receive complaints about Laser Ship. When I researched Laser Ship there were tons of unhappy customers. I also found that they hire indepentent drivers in each region so delays are caused if drivers are not available.

A few years ago I had poor experiences with them. They would deliver packages at times like 7:15 in the morning and 8:30 at night. I hadn't even realized they were still in business. Perhaps they have improved.

Nordstrom ships from stores a lot so Nordstrom Rack probably does, too. When I order from Nordstrom and it is shipped from a store within the state I usually get it in a day or two; if it is from their shipping department or whatever it's called it takes much longer.
