Lampe Berger

I picked up a new Lampe Berger at a yard sale for $5........it is clear and not fancy.....I remember the days of the beautiful fancy ones.....do you own one? Where do you buy your fragrances and can I use another fragrance than the lampe Berger? I don't know how to work it though..it has a new cotton wick but the cotton wick is not sticking out of the top of the Lampe Berger.....any help on this? Thank you.
