@MamaWick @Just my own thoughts, but I'm holding judgement back because using a reward for the dogs' return can be an excellent method of getting information leading to the apprehension of the shooter. It might seem like Gaga doesn't care much for her dog walker and the shooting of him, but I just don't believe this is the case. The reward for the dogs strategy has already worked and publicity generated by the incident and the reward could lead to solving the case. If Gaga offered the reward for information and said it was only for information about the shooters, she might not have generated a lead through the return of the dogs and she would have put other dog walkers of well known persons in danger of being injured in future attacks on them that would be motivated by rewards. The round about way of focusing on the reward being offered for the dogs' return is smart.

I'm really happy her dogs are safe. If I had her wealth I would pay that kind of $ to get my dog back and more but.....I think it sets a dangerous message to scum doing these things. There was probably enough heat on them they just dumped the dogs.

The dog walker seemed like a good person and very glad he will live. Horrible story about greed.

I imagine she and other wealthy people will have their dogs walked by a bodyguard or have a bodyguard for the dogs and dog walkers. Not just Fenchies but many pure dogs dogs are being stolen and sold for money. It's happening everywhere to lots and people and has been for a while. People need to be aware and protect their dogs as they would the rest of their family. Don't leave dogs out when you leave or aren't watching.
