A local charity (Flint Creek Wildlife Rehabilitation) is participating on the Chase Community Giving. They need votes on Facebook to stay in the running for some much needed money.

Those of you in Illinois should be VERY familiar with them. They rescued the Mooseheart juvenile Bald Eagles after their nest fell. I was lucky enough to go to Starved Rock on 11/12 and watch the eaglets get released to the wild. If Flint Creek had not stepped in, these beautiful birds and symbol of our nation would have died as the parents abandoned them.

If you have a Facebook account, I'm asking you to take time and go voted for Flint Creek. The voting stops at 11AM central and they have currently fallen out of the top 100 which means they would not get any money.

All your votes count! Can we please flood Chase with votes for Flint Creek Wildlife Rehabilitation?

Thank you all and have a Happy Thanksgiving!
