Labeling Your Handmade Crafts

Do any of you stamp or sew on a personalized label to crafts you make? I've decided to make most of my Christmas cards this year (something I've never done before) and would like to stamp the back of my cards with a message such as "Made especially for you by Jacqui" or something like that. Do any of you do this, and if so, where do you go to have such a thing made? And if you don't mind me asking.... what message do you use?
