Why in the world would she say that to a customer?!!
Why in the world would a customer comment on what she was wearing ? I don't get it.

It is so much easier to run/critique someone else’s business but once you own a business you realize it is not so easy to run a good business after all. Apparently she is just realizing some of those unpleasant details. Taking in the money is always fun, but having to give it back and feeling like your choices didn’t make the customer happy…that is all part of the down size of business ownership.
At this stage, she still has enough groupies who will line up and start their stopwatches when it's GO time that she doesn't need to make the customer happy. But not so many as she's had before.
Last week, several of her most devoted fans, those who have done nothing but praise her in every way, let fly with their unhappiness at the teensy weensy stock numbers and the "racing game" to purchase before an item you put in your cart may be yanked out in 2-3 minutes before you have time to enter a CC# & hit "Buy" and are then Sold Out.
ALL of those posts (and as far as I can tell, most or all of the posters who made them) were poofed as if they'd never been there. And yet, the "page mom" is at pains to remind posters frequently that her page has "nothing" to do with Lisa's page and she has "no connection" to Lisa. Yet she shivers at the thought that Lisa might happen to see an unkind word about her on that "unconnected" page and she'll lose the favored status she supposedly doesn't have.
To be fair, however, some things appear to be changing. For some items there are pre-orders - 4, 8, 24 hrs (it varies) during which people can pre-order (and pre-pay of course) an item or four, so it's more like everyone who wants one gets one. A better, fairer way. They are giving a bit more notice of items, a few more peeks. Not a game-changer but the crumbs keep the herd happy. They are getting more sold out items back in stock. So, credit where it's due, there are some changes. But long-time serious fans are becoming disenchanted, both with the "ordering game" and yes, with Lisa.

She must be getting more returns than she expected. It sounds like it's getting to her. Odd that a woman who once had a stalker would give out her address like that. I only saw one of her FB shows and the quality was so bad that it was hard to really see the jewelry. That might have been an anomaly but whining about returns is not the way to instill confidence in prospective customers. If returns are problem, perhaps she shouldn't be in business or perhaps she should do better job of describing and showing her merchandise.

The things Lisa says continue to leave me speechless sometimes.
Funny but you don't ever appear to be speechless when it comes to Lisa.
Not only is she not speechless, she makes it up as she goes! ![]()
Does she not realize the chat is right there on Facebook for people to hear for themselves?

Lisa takes photos of herself wearing the jewelry items she will have for sale. Depending on what Lisa is wearing, sometimes it's hard to see the jewelry item because of the outfit.
I'm guessing the shawls she's been wearing are also for sale and that's why she's been wearing them in the photos as a backdrop for the jewelry.

@chrystaltree, I think the reason why Lisa is getting so many returns is because she creates a frenzy to get people to buy in such a hurry fashion that customers feel like they have to buy several of an item just to get it home and then decide what they want to keep and what they want to send back. Now many people have commented they're so afraid to send anything back to her they're selling items amongst themselves to avoid getting Lisa "mad" at them with a return. It's nuts how she operates this business.
