A lot of it looks very Ross and Marshall's to me, but not all of it. It's the pushing it on people as super special that gets me. Not to mention the Tribe jewelry.

I agree.  What she's doing is what someone with little experience and no meaningful contacts would do.  It seems more suited for someone just getting started, not a woman with years of experience on national television and presumably access to many people who could open doors for her.

I work in television, and when she left QVC, I posted here that I knew it had not been her choice to leave. Of course I got jumped on. I think it's pretty clear that - no matter how we all want to believe her time at QVC came to an end - she lied when she said she had big exciting plans and was moving on to something wonderful.  IMO it's very obvious that there was no plan and that she's currently grasping at straws.  Her ego got in the way at QVC, and she got a taste of reality as a result.

who cares about mentioning another vendor/ product? Why should LR threads be pooled because there are many posts mentioning other products from other vendors from other shopping channels, amazon, Sephora, bed bath and beyond, talbots, j crew, lol bean, ex-hosts...the lost goes on and on. What gets me most is the posts from irate people about another LR post...just don't go onto that thread if it upsets you that much. I read here almost daily posters remarking to change the channel or don't watch if someone yheybdo not like is on. Why not practice what you preach and not even read a post with LR or Lisa R or Lisa Robinson...

I have yet to catch one of her live chats...I liked her style and I liked her on qvc. I did check out her FB page recently and her website which I think is nicely done.

Why pay attention to what she is doing if you can't stand the fact that others do? I just don't get it...

@NativeJax It's ok but if you click on the 3 little dots to the right within your response,  you get a drop down menu, select edit reply and you can make necessary changes

But the other night, I was on FB and a notice popped up that LR was live.  I clicked and she was doing a live chat while driving her car with Katie as the passenger. 

I didn't stick around so I don't know what the point was but it seemed very, very dangerous.  What a distraction.  How awful if she would have been in a wreck doing that live chat.

I have another comment.....

I list my job last summer, one that I loved but it was nearly killing me with stress. I made a career change and am now self employed. There were a lot of people I enjoyed working with but far more people I did not enjoy working with. I loved the actual job but not the workplace environment. Anyway, I decided to work in the family insurance agency and recently fell into a consulting opportunity which is going to fit in perfectly for me with a sick father and I also have some health issues. There are some people that probably think I took a step backwards but my financial status will improve over time. My point is, I am happier now than before even though I was more financially stable and that's all that matters.

It's only a step down or backwards if LR thinks so....whatever anonymous posters think really just don't matter.
