LOVE the Q...but......Slipping Quality.....and same old stuff

I love shopping on the Q and have for many years, but lately I am seeing more and more that the quality is slipping. PLEASE Q....don't lower the quality to keep the price the same. WE NOTICE! Relying on a 'good name'....doesn't last long. If sales are slipping on an item and returns are rising...PLEASE DO SOMETHING!

And what has happened to the variety? OMG! For those of us that watch daily...it's like watching old reruns! SAME OLD STUFF! HELP! PLEASE! I love some of the older names that have maintained their quality.....but let's shake it up a little! We can take it! lol
