LL Bean and Amazon orders

Just got off the phone with LL Bean because I got an e mail about 15% off items. Offer ended yesterday, but I have an order in shipped already and a back order to ship in March. I called to see if my orders where eligible for the 15% and yes. They honored it for all orders though it ended yesterday because the e mail received today. They are so great. No S&H and no tax. Amazon did the same, as far as no S&H and no tax. This has been discussed on viewpoints before where the Q taxes after S&H. I am ordering more and more at these other two sites and even Kirks Follies direct when they have a sale. Again, no Tax at KF. They do have S&H, but no tax.

I'm beginning to dislike the Q methods and their lack of custom care.
