I have not read all the posts since this one....but, Dr. Denese has admitted on one of her shows on Qvc that I watched, that she has had some plastic surgery.  To not let your customers know....is deceiving, when you are selling skin care.  Cindy Crawford also sells skin care on tv, but she does not let the public know that she has had plastic surgery.  Her skin care has not ept her looking that good....she has had help from surgery.  I think that is unfair to get on tv and act like your products have done it all, when

it isn't true.  I at least appreciate that Dr. Denese owned up to it.  That causes me to respect her more.

As I stated from the very beginning, her contract was not renewed and she was let go.  She had no plan.  And so on to the infomercials she goes.

Sheesh . . . . why doesn't anyone listen to me??

Wow ......      Are you under the impression that Lisa would say that she uses everything Dr. Denese makes .... and hasn't ever had plastic surgery or botox?     

Even women who've had extensive plastic surgery still use skin care products.     

And even women who've had plastic surgery can explain formulas and products.    

If you haven't even seen the informercial, how do you know it's disingenuous?

One thing is for sure, whenever a LR thread is started, it turns into a case of you either Love Her or Hate Her.  (Of course, some don't care and will let you know that, too.

So, my two cents.........   I liked Lisa as a Host.  I compare her to some that are on now and I think she did a really good job.  

I don't understand the posters who think she should never have left the Q as it was such a good job.  Really?  She was reciting colors of clothes like a robot, had to feign interest in every single item she presented, and had to speak to people who were using calling the Q as their five minutes of fame.  Sometimes enough is enough. 

Look what she has now....  Time for her family, a beautiful home, tons of friends, including many still on Q, travelling anywhere she wants to go, most importantly the freedom to do what she wants, when she wants.  This is a position many, many people would love to be in. 

What does it matter if she decides to do the occasional infomercial or sell a piece of jewelry?   She is enjoying herself.  It really doesn't matter if you like Dr Denese or not, or if you like LR's jewelry or not, you can choose to change the channel or not buy.  

I don't understand the intense emotion LR brings out in people.  It doesn't matter if you like her or not.  If you want to weigh in, well, that is what the Forum is for, but neither side should be attacked for what they think.  

All of these are just my opinions.  And my last one is that I think she is living the way she wants.  It really isn't our business what she chooses to do.  I certainly wouldn't want anyone telling me what job is best for me.  Live and let live.

I read the same thing ... wish I could remember where.  

I have a feeling that Lisa has considerable investments and could live comfortably for the rest of her life.   Boy oh boy, the Lisa haters would just go crazy over that!   LOL
