I heard someplace that she was supposed to replace that KitchenAid lady who just retired.  I would say that would be a great fit.

I think LR thought the Q would fall apart w/o her, and they would be running back begging her to return. And her tribe would demand that LR return. It took about 5 minutes for the Q to move on. They, I'm sure, are thrilled to not pay that overpriced salary annually as they could probably hire three for the same.

Why would you ever think QVC pays a salary to any Host that is more than they want to pay?   The best sales people make the highest salaries .... and are worth every penny to the companies they make money for.

See, that's the thing.  According to you, you didn't report her to Q because she wasn't worth your time.  Cool. I just find it amusing that it is time-worthy to be hateful about her on a blog.  And trust, I am definitely not bent on molding people into my opinions.  That would truly be a waste of my time.  All I did was make an observation.  You're correct in your opinion of Lisa being valid. If what you saw her as a phony, then, oh well.  My opinion of Lisa, on the occasions that I watched her was that she was beautiful, smart, well-informed about the product she was selling, and intelligent.  Some chose the word phony.  What is that based on?  Is it because she would say to all the vendors that their product was the best?  If that's the case, the all of the hosts are phony.  They are there to sell and turn a profit for Q.  It's business 101.  Is it because she's pretty and self-assured?  Well, then that's going to encompass a lot of people as being phony. 

You are wrong about me loving Lisa.  I don't know Lisa outside of the few times I saw her on Q.  I don't watch it that much.  But I do know hate when I see/hear it.  This whole topic and the responses are making me bored.  Have a great night!
