Our Kohl's is now open 9am-9pm daily except for Sundays when they close at 8pm.

I prefer to get out early to do my shopping so am pleased with the change in their hours.

I am also an early shopper. Our Kohls is located near a Michaels store and

a new T.J. Maxx which opened just at the end of last year, both of those

stores would open earlier and everytime I would go shopping I would wait

until 10 a.m. to get into Kohls.

Now it is easier to go and not have to worry is it time yet to get into the store.

I never shop in the evening so I appreciate the early opening as well.

Like you, I like to shop early. The Dillards stores in our area don't open till 11:00 AM. They close at 8:00 PM. There is zero chance of me shopping at night. I wish they opened at 10:00 like they used to.

I have not been to Dillard's in the morning, so I did not notice the hours had been changed. That is good to know. I worked in retail. The 10:00-11:00 hour is very slow in the number of sales made. We used that time primarily to restock and straighten shelves.

Retailers are having to battle online sales and a shortage of staff. The surprise was Kohl's. They must be trying a new model as a source of online returns opportunities. I suppose their hope is attracting customers to the store for returns who might purchase while they are there. They will clearly need multiple  shifts of employees.

Perhaps it is a successful strategy. I take my Amazon returns there, and find myself succumbing to the sales.😊

Yes, 9 to 9.  That's easy to remember, but I rarely go there.
