Kitty Claw Tips

For those who have cats that have their claws, do any of you use the tips? If so, how do they work? And if you have babies with and without claws, how do they get along? I am not wanting a debate on whether to declaw or not, I need help in the questions I asked, please. I do not want to start a debate or an argument. Thanks so much.
