Of course! Why is there any reason to stop? He is the man i adore. We have been happily married for 36 years this past May. We still hold hands in public, kiss before he goes to work and still say I love you everyday to each other. We enjoy each other's company. Can't wait til he retires next Spring, and he can't either. He wants to do more things with me.

No...we got married in our forties and after 25 years that has completely gone.  He has bad sinuses and is always coughing up stuff and lung problems among many other health problems.  Health issues definitely kills passion for both partners.

With my husband 18 years, married 10 & 1/2 years, and my answer is yes of course!.(And PS this is the 2nd marriage for both of us so we are not real young)

I think passion may fade in some marriages.  Not to get off topic but....

In my "community" I see the WORST extremes of  sex and passion.  Some women and men put so much emphasis on sex, and foreplay etc. , it is the MOST important thing in the relationship. 

NO matter if the person is a serial cheater, kids all over town, emotionally abusive, physically abusive, drugs, etc etc. all you hear about is the "HOT" SEX.

Every marriage/ relationship is different, I have met people who it is more companionship, some couples it is more finanicial, there are so many different types of relationships.
