I don't understand the criticism either. I guess some people like to complain.

A refreshing story.  Just goes to show you that there are still a lot of caring people out there.  Thanks for the post.

@Mersha   No apology needed.  I really enjoyed reading this story; it's been a heck of a week for me and I liked having to come here and see something nice.

The theme of the story mattered.

Take care.

@Cakers3   Thank you for your kind words.  I had that kind of a week also.

@Mersha thanks for sharing that story.  In the world we live in today, if just gives me hope that good will prevail.  I hope you have a nice week and take good care.

It's the sentiment that counts and it might give someone the incentive to do something nice for someone.  It's a pay it forward type of story and it has been knocking around Facebook for many years.

@Mersha   Thank you for sharing.  At some point in time, we’ve all had a rough week/day/year, so this really warms my heart. Thanks for the uplifting story.  In the sad world today of the me, me, me attitude, I love to read these random acts of kindness!  Have a great day.  I know there is still hope in this world for kindness towards others.  Please, no need to apologize.

I bought a magnet that says, gratitude turns what we have into enough. Love this saying.  Sometimes we all take simple things for granted, myself included.
