We opened our Keurig on 12/24 and had our first issue on 1/13 saying it needed to be "primed" First of all we've only been using it for less than a month. Long story story short it happened again & they're sending a new one. Got confirmation email with shipping to someone else! I caught this before it ever left their warehouse & it still went out & was delivered to that person today. Called again (4th time) & told them it was delivered anyway. It's been corrected and they threw in a box of KCups. Wow that's big of them! SOO not happy with Keurig right now. :/
