I got mine awhile back, to be honest, I don't recall what it looks like. Like others, my Keurig works fine, and I've put it away, "in case". My Model was not in the list, but, I still got the replacement.

I just double checked. And sure enough, the handle part is "chrome-look"…not black. However, as I stated, I see no need to use the kit just now. I'll keep it, should I need it down the road.

I received mine back in February and it is also black plastic covering the original chrome handle. I installed it and didn't like the looks at the time but I've gotten used to it. I would have preferred receiving a chrome look.

Wondering about this post. What part and for what problem are you talking about. Is it for the newest Keurig or for all of them. And what needs to be fixed?

I have the Platinum version and it works fine.

I missed the ""recall - fix-it"" notice/e-mail/whatever also. (Where is my head sometimes LOL???).

I have the mini. DD uses it for hot cocoa only. Ours works fine as far as I know.

I am also interested in what the problem was & which models if you would please let us know.

This fix-it kit is for the Keurig Mini Plus K10.
