Kendell Keyboard 3G or Nook Touch with Light?

I am new to this and don't know which one better to get. They are the same price now, $139.00. The Kendell you have to buy cover with light and screen anti glare, that already comes with the Nook,but still need to buy cover, so Nook a little less expensive, but for the price, which one does more?
