If my life depended on it, I couldn't tell you the birth years that comprise Gen Z.

What's odd to me is I can remember when a generation was comprised of 20 years in the past.  Now, they're more frequent I think lol.😃🌸

The Oxford Dictionaries define Generation Z as "the group of people who were born between the late 1990s and the early 2010s, who are regarded as being very familiar with the internet." Encyclopedia Britannica defines Generation Z as "Americans born during the late 1990s and early 2000s."

@paixmcdao

Thanks for posting this. 😊🌸

The years have gotten shorter. Baby boomers and Gen X got around 20 years.  Maybe it's because people are no longer having children so far apart anymore.

@Pezzie I do know them but that doesn't mean that I should use them! LOL

If you don't know what they mean, young people roll their eyes.

If you use them, even use them correctly, you are an embarrassment!

So I continue to use groovy, cool, right on.

I know many young people in that age group, and have never heard any of them use those words.

Well I guess I'm "Cheugy" because I don't know any of these.  I don't even know how to pronounce that, or GYATT!

I wonder if there's a translation app for Gen-speak???
