terrier 3, your post still didn't address the aspect of Jon not providing any funds to support his 8 children. They may be a little older now, but childcare expenses for 8 children is quite high. When a nurse works a night shift, they should never be left alone at that age, and not for long periods of time during the day, either. What I'm trying to say is, nursing is not an ideal job for someone with 8 young kids, and no other parent to care for them while you're gone.

Jon sold his portion of the house back to Kate in lieu of child support. She wants to be in control 100% of the children. He gave up a lot of his parental rights.

She has made her life far more difficult than it needs to be.

She has been fighting her husband for visitation, child support, everything since the day they separated.

If she acted like a grown up woman and in her kids' best interest, she would allow Jon to come into the home and care for them while she is away.
