She's also been accused of stealing other people's artwork for her products and advertisments.

Kylie Jenner is exactly what everyone has made her. With out the public, she would be nothing. IMO the public seems to crave a reality show life. People, for better or worse for love or hate follow a celebrity. There are more people these days created by the media, because people seems to need to want to give that attention from the other side of a computer or cell phone. So if people don't like her stuff, or what she represents they have to quit following them. As we all know, if the attention is negative or positive, it doesn't matter.... It just works to build them even higher.
personally, I am not quite sure why she is such a phenomenon , as I dont pay attention to reality shows...but she seems like a cute kid. She is young, so very young and fame is fleeting. However, building a solid business lasts longer than most fame. Even if the fame lasts forever, it sure leaves a nest egg to fall back on.
I dont begrudge any of the kardashians their fame. It is what it is. I am sure in 10 years all will be different. I have only one negative comment for them...or maybe their mom. Why oh why, with all that money they didnt go to college , any college, such a shame with all that money. I am not saying college is a must for everyone, but it seems most of those kids went stright from grammer school into the lime light. And none of them are slack offs. Just sayin

Exactly. She didn't write that, and likely know nothing about it. It's mostly about crowd control and safety, written by those who know what kind of rules are necessary when large, enthusiastic crowds are expected.
I'm not sure how any of this makes Kylie "ridiculous".

There are ordinances that forbid sitting on lines of that type. It can be a fire hazard, and can cause obstacles in case of other emergency. People who are unable to stand can request alternate accommodations. That's mentioned in the photo posted by the OP. Usually an out-of-the-way bench or another place to sit (away from the people who are lined up) is made available.

Maybe because education isn't high on their priority list. But making money and fame are.

I did not know that. Interesting since out of all of them parents and siblings those two are the least "in your face" all the time the way the others are. They both get quite a bit of press time but not as much as the others. I have no problem with people being famous but this daily frenzy on what the K.'s had for dinner ect... is too much.
