Great pictures.  Depending what the weather was forecasted for Easter determined whether I would get an Easter suit or an Easter coat.  Always prayed for nice weather so I would get a suit.  Easter was when I would get colored pantented leather small heels.  The Easter parade would be on the beach where everyone would show off their finest.  I remember one year wearing those heels and had to call my father to come pick us up.  Those first time heels were too much for us.  Nice memories.

I have a black and white photo framed that sits on the end table next to where I watch t.v. on the couch.  It is Easter Sunday at my grandmother's after church in 1963.  My mom is holding my brother only 3 months old and Daddy is holding me 15 months old.  That hat on my Mom's head makes me smile every time I look over at it.
