My favorite Kevin Costner movie is The Bodyguard. He and Whitney Houston had great on screen chemistry.

Oh, agreed, @Kitty Galore , "rugged" Kevin is wonderful, but he is so suave and debonair in a tux! I should have mentioned that originally-- he just looked like a million bucks in that video. That, plus his dynamic warmth in relating stories is a killer combo.

@lgfan, it's interesting you mention that -- they must have had a great chemistry off-screen too, as I believe they became good friends, good enough for him to be invited to give a heart-felt eulogy at her funeral. It was such a vivid, loving tribute, touching on their bond over their childhoods in the Baptist Church. That was when I really started to appreciate his off-screen persona, as much as his acting. He exuded warmth and deep feeling.

This post put a catch in my throat. When my mother was failing with Alzheimer's 20 years ago, her favorite activity was to watch The Bodyguard. I about wore out that disc. We both loved it.
