Just venting about an owner not picking up after her dog.....

We have an easement and a canal behind our house, and lot of people walk their dogs back there because there are no cars and it's a large open space. Well, tonight I was in the yard with my kids and dh, and the woman who lives about 3 houses down came by with her shih tzu and golden retriever.

She stopped about 10 feet away from my fence, watched her golden leave a huge pile of po* p, then had the nerve to smile at us, turn around and walk away!!! Whaaaaat??? Are you freaking kidding me??? I was amazed. And, no, she didn't just forget a bag because she never came back.
