Funny thing is, I have a cousin who IS a rocket scientist. He's absolutely brilliant but without a lick of common sense. We keep telling his 5th wife she's going straight to heaven for putting up with him.

I worked at a DOD facility that was populated by real rocket scientists (EEs, Physicists, Mathematicians). Very bright people but frequently no common sense.
