Just a Question....

I am noticing that host's seem to be ending sentences as if it is a question, is this the "new thing", I have seen a few other people do this on TV, I notice that Shawn does it a lot, and today Jane did it also. Just my opinion, but I can't stand it, does anyone else notice this?
