Just Witnessed Grocery Cart Rage!

I just came back from the big box store. An older lady was turning a corner with her cart in an aisle. Another lady came around the corner and ran into her. Their carts just bumped. It wasn't any big collision. The older lady said that she was sorry. (I didn't even think it was her fault. She was about 90 years old.) The other lady who looked like she was about mid 40's called her a dumb b**ch. Someone behind the older lady must have been with her and told the other woman that she was rude. The 40+ woman had a couple kids with her. She screamed back that she was a stupid witch. Anyway, they exchanged a few more choice terms and the 40+ woman looked like she was going to throw a bag of flour at the woman. A grocery boy intervened. Meanwhile, they were blocking the aisle and no one could get though. I just can't believe this behavior. What is the matter with people?
