Apparently, if I got to the right place, you can google "Previously TV Forums" and it takes you directly there. The first portion of the forums is an A-Z list of all tv shows. Below that are "Off Topics". Is this the right site?
You're welcome, Sarina. You have the correct site. Scroll down to Misc TV Talk just above Off-Topic and click on Genre Talk. Shopping Channel Shows will be the 1st. listing that comes up.

What does TWOP stand for if you don't mind answering? TIA.

Thank you ProudlyfromNJ! I knew that sounded familiar. When I first joined here a lot of posters talked about that site and I remember stopping by there and reading some of the posts. Wow, some of the people there were so mean.

@Irshgrl31201 TWOP was a snark site, that's why people were mean.

Finally! I was able to find that other forum that was started after this one was changed. I looked at a couple of fashion threads, they were pretty innocuous. Cracked me up because they were shocked at the threads that always start after a Lori G show, you know, the "You're stupid if you buy those clothes" threads. Anyway, I'm not signing up over there because I REALLY don't need to spend any more time on a forum! I spend way too much time here as it is! ![]()

I am a member of DY's board. I do think the board started as a "no moderation, anything goes, police your own posts" type of offshoot board - but that never really works. There is moderation. I have tried to stay out of the fray as much as possible - been there, done that.
I will say that DY has treated me very well as have many of the members there. Not all, but many.
I supported terrier and have spoken up in support of others. I shall continue to do so when the need presents itself.
ETA, And yes, like most off-shoot boards, the restricted part of the board does have a core group that posts there.

I've posted this same thing at the DY site: when a person opens and manages and runs a private board it's their right to say "my way or the highway" so imho when you join its good to remember you post at the pleasure of the owner and operator, and that's not a slam at anybody it's common sense. I dont always agree with management but who does, and to be fair- it takes time and work to setup and run a board for free to all who join so more power to DY or the Q or any other board manager. And btw painting EVERYBODY on any board whether it's here or DY site as being the same is wrong and not accurate. People want to know for theirself about a board should JOIN it and read all the zones including the ones only open to members and make their own decisions.
