Junk Email

I don't know what's going on, but I used to get maybe two or three pieces of junk email a week. Now the box has about 30 or 40 a day. Many are from dating sites. I have never visited a dating site of any kind.

I have blocked so many sites, but they just keep coming. Block one name and it comes in on another...

Does anyone know how to get them to stop other than changing my email account?
