Judge jails man for lugging beer to DWI hearing

OK while there is certainly nothing funny about being arrested for DWI the rest of this story fits into the "you can't fix stupid" category. A man in Monticello NY appearing before a judge on a felony drunk driving charge arrived in court 90 minutes late drunk and carrying a open can of beer. He also had 4 unopened cans of beer in his bag. Needless to say the judge revoked his bail and off to jail he went.
