Has anyone heard of this?  

 
This program rewards customers for sales made thru referral links. The best part? You don't have to be a big-time influencer. You can become a member today, just share what you love about QVC and let your friends do the shopping!

yes, its at least a few years old, maybe more.

Interesting that such a program exists.  Then again, I kind of always thought QVC already had advocates the way posters pounce on individuals who come here with queries in the Customer Care Section of this forum.
