Thanks for posting this Momof4. Can't imagine going through all that testimony over again. Hopefully, by not allowing cameras it will go faster this time? What a nightmare for the family. I just hope the jury can reach a decision this time.

Hi Scottie. Did you hear she is also selling "Free Jodi" bracelets for $25? Money is supposedly going towards her appeal. As if... ![]()

A decision HAS been reacted. She was found GUILTY. What they are retrying is the PENALTY, whether she will get the death penalty or not.
They're NOT retrying the whole case all over again.

I know but they still have to go over the entire case for the new jury.

Quote from the link above:
"It's not clear how long it will take to seat a jury, nor is it known how long the retrial will last. Because the jury will be new to the case, it's expected that prosecutors and defense attorneys will need to go back over evidence presented in the original trial in order to lay the groundwork for their arguments regarding Arias' sentence."

Yes Yuban, I think everyone knows that. They are calling it a trial anyway.

It will be interesting to see if her story that he was abusing her will be enough to keep her from the death sentence. I can not imagine that anyone would fall for that story.... but stranger things have happened in court lately.....

Sounds like it will be a long drawn out process. Should be a no brainer IMO.
