Job Offer Dilemma...Good and Bad

The good news first - I finally landed an interview and received a job offer. Now the bad news - a significant drop in my previous salary. I know all too well first-hand what it's like out there and what many companies are doing to job applicants as far as lower wages so it didn't come as a surprise to me. I actually expected it.

As all of you know, I've been working in retail part-time conducting my job search (14 months to be exact) and looking to get back into office work full-time. The interview I landed went well and I did get good vibes during and after the interview. I was initially pleased and happy to get an offer extended to me. I was actually estatic to just obtain an interview. When the salary was given, I was disappointed but at the same time felt that, "hey, I finally received a job offer and it could be a lot worse and I could make the money work with some cutting back and I've been struggling this far." However, I guess I'm just scared and worried that my experience level may be taken advantage of. I know I shouldn't jump the gun, but I do desperately want to get back into the world of working full-time with benefits again. I have mixed feelings going back and forth with the decision. I'm happy and excited one minute and then disappointed and worried the next minute. Is this normal to feel? Or am I just analyzing this too much? Any thoughts or advice is appreciated. Thanks so much for listening!
