So true...it must be gut wrenching for Melissa to sale her mother's home of so many years.

It's awesome and historical in it's original design. I'm sure whomever gets it will probably change the design/furnishings, but I hope they leave the structure. I think Melissa actually disliked the place and if that is true, I hope she can find a buyer this time. It will still hurt because her mother loved it so much.

I've seen Joan's apt. on her reality show. I think she was interested in selling it even then - She was showing it to Kathie Lee Gifford.
