Joan Rivers Auction

I know there's a thread on this somewhere but can't find it.  Just read that the June 22nd auction will include costumes by Bob Mackie.  I've never heard him mention dressing Joan Rivers.  Kind of strange since they were both on the Q at the same time.  Maybe they had a falling out.

He dressed a lot of the Hollywood set. Perhaps she didn't want to mention him and not all the others who she also patronized.

Bob Mackie posthumously awarded this honor to Joan just last year. Both AIDS activists. 

Bob also received an award that night. Bob and Joan have had their share of tragedy.
