She's easy on the eyes (without posing or acting out for attention); she's so very professional (always prepared and well-informed on the products she presents on air); she doesn't have silly or annoying traits that make it frustrating to watch her; she presents products in a way that's never boring; she makes her shows interesting; she doesn't brag, even though I'm sure she has plenty she could boast about; she's easy to listen to (no cackling, squealing or silliness); she's shown herself to be a real trooper in the face of continual knee pain; she's not pretentious; and I believe she's just downright real. Kudos to you, Jill, for being the best. The Q is lucky to have you.

(And, no, I'm not a realtive; but I AM a fan who enjoys watching the Q during Jill's time slots.)
