Jill's Blouse

Did anyone see that awful ruffled navy blue blouse that Jill is wearing tonight with Rachel Ray? With all of the stylists at QVC , i would think Jill could pick something a little more flattering. She's always wearing those jackets that make her look bigger than she is.
